Education and career

Andrei Boiko graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the Higher School of Economics in 2005 with a degree in Finance and Credit. Since 2006, he has been working at B2B-Center, where he has held key positions since the company’s foundation, including Commercial Director and General Director of CJSC “B2B Training Center”

Activities at B2B-Center

In his role, Boyko is responsible for developing and expanding the company’s business, implementing customer service strategies, enhancing system functionality, evaluating the security and efficiency of information solutions, and introducing innovative software products that improve the quality of services provided. He also supervises interactions with major corporate clients and advises leading Russian enterprises and organizations on trade and procurement policy, as well as cost efficiency issues.

Role in the development of e-procurement

Andrey Boyko is an expert in corporate and public procurement, e-commerce, and enterprise efficiency improvement. He actively participates in discussions on the future of the e-procurement market in Russia. He is chairman of the certification commission for the professional retraining program “Procurement Management” at the N.P. Pastukhov State Academy of Industrial Management.
